The ONE-OFF boutiques are the maximum expression of a always-on-the-move city and they were born to meet the needs of consumers looking for uniqueness and dynamism. They are designed to be continuously modular and the highly innovative spaces host a wide variety of collections, from top designers to research brands, through limited edition products.
The design concept of ONE-OFF Man was created by Baciocchi Associati, historical partner behind the restyling of the Folli Follie boutiques.
Entirely modular, the 400 m² space dedicated to the man has a modern look and emphasizes everything that represents the newness, the everyday. Elements such as plastic, rubber and aluminum are the protagonists of this space that, inspired by a always-on-the-move society, is an expression of the increasingly sought-after streetstyle.
ONE-OFF Donna is instead the work of the prestigious Milanese Dimore Studio.
The 800 m² boutique is spread over five floors, that allow a continuous evolution of style. Each floor is different, with materials like gray linoleum and exposed plasterboard. The top floor is designed as a black and white box, to host the pop-up of the brands in rotation and highlight capsule collections and limited edition products.
