ONE-OFF is the result of a commercial partnership between the two leaders in luxury retail such as G&B Negozio and Folli Follie, which led to the creation of three sales points, one dedicated to women's fashion, one to men's fashion and the last to for children and babies, located on the central Via Gramsci in Brescia.
The ONE-OFF boutiques are the maximum expression of a city always on the move and were created to meet the needs of consumers looking for uniqueness and dynamism. They are studied
to be continuously modular and the highly innovative spaces host a great variety of collections, starting from top designers up to research brands, passing through limited edition products.
The design concept of ONE-OFF Uomo was created by Baciocchi Associati, the historic partner behind the restyling of the Folli Follie boutiques.
Entirely modular, the space of 400 m² dedicated to men has a modern look and emphasizes everything that represents current events, everyday life. Elements such as plastic, rubber and aluminum are the protagonists of this space which, inspired by an ever-moving society, is expression
of the increasingly sought-after streetstyle.
ONE-OFF Donna is the work of the prestigious Milanese studio Dimore Studio.
The 800 m² boutique is distributed over five floors which allow for a continuous evolution of style. Each floor is different, with materials such as gray linoleum and exposed plasterboard. The top floor is designed as a black and white box, to host the brands' pop-ups in rotation and highlight capsule collections and products in limited edition.
In addition to ONE-OFF Uomo, Baciocchi Associati was also entrusted with the creation of the ONE-OFF Bambino boutique. Inaugurated in 2023, it presents collections dedicated to the little ones
The minimal style and soft nuances that decorate the interior spaces give greater brightness to the boutique, making it spacious and airy. Furthermore, while parents do
dedicated to shopping, the little ones can read, color and draw in a space dedicated to them.
