Massimo Giorgetti's expertise firstly developed within commercial environment and then in designing ones. His carrier is broad and assorted and it allowed him to develop a vision of fashion product from a designing perspective as well as a commercial and strategic ones. He has been a creative since 2004, when he settles himself as a professional designer. The 2008 is the turning point year and in partnership with Paoloni Group, he starts his own MSGM brand. These may not be the best times for the fashion system but sometimes willpower overcomes economic trend.
What he puts in MSGM is entrepreneurship, passion for fashion and most of all his interest for indie music (his favourite groups are MGMT and The Strokes) contemporaryart and all the new generation’s creative expressions taking hold the web. The idea, which lies beneath, is to mix and match the great tradition with a sense of detachment and revolution of the new millennium (his inspirations come from Yves Saint Laurent and Coco Chanel amongst the other). His first collections were favourably welcomed by buyers and international press, thanks to their inner iconoclastic and celebrative spirit. In addition to this MSGM and Massimo Giorgetti are celebrated as one of the best revelation of the year 2010 by “Who’s on next” contest sponsored by Vogue Italia.
