IVO MILAN shop occupies a surface of 250 sq.m., distributed on two floors, inside the oldest civil standing building in the city of Padua (7th century Byzantine house), in the very central Via Santa Lucia.
With more than 120 years of history and the fifth generation involved, the boutique is specialized in a genre of women's clothing that in 2002 the Victoria and Albert Museum in London called Radical Fashion. More precisely this definition was born with an exhibition dedicated to 11 designers of this particular genre of clothes and it seemed appropriate to describe their language that exceeds time and deadlines, rooted more in the sphere of art, design and often with a more complex engineering planning compared with the usual circuits of the most publicized fashion .
Since 2009 IVO MILAN is also an online store and in a single space - a rare thing even in the great metropolis of the world - it offers the creations of the most brilliant and independent designers from the guidelines of the Fashion System, such as Comme des Garçons, Daniela Gregis, Issey Miyake, Junya Watanabe, Rick Owens, Yohji Yamamoto and many others of lesser fame, but always with a strong personality.
