Lemaire

Christophe Lemaire, born in Besançon, France, in 1965, launched his personal label in 1992, successfully continuing as Lacoste's creative director and Hermès' chief designer of women's clothing.

His homonymous line, reinvigorated in collaboration with partner Sarah-Linh Tran, reinterprets the classics of utilitarian menswear with modern modifications: wide tapered trousers, crunchy shirts and tunics, sumptuous knitwear and tweed outerwear and connected leathers. All are meticulously tailored while evoking a tranquil sense of poetry and an unparalleled Parisian simplicity and sophistication.

Thin and discreet cuts and superior quality materials place these pieces exactly within a tradition of cosmopolitan and sophisticated Parisian style. Lemaire's work is articulated around the concept of functional elegance: an astonishing ease of mixing luxury and practicality. This signature is characterized by models such as zipped jackets and printed shirts, garments that are always very comfortable to wear, but luxurious enough to be innovative.
