Etro, an Italian fashion with an unmistakable style

Etro is an Italian fashion house founded in 1968 in Milan by Girolamo Gimmo Etro. Right from the start, the brand’s collections show what will become its iconic trademark, the paisley, decorative motif that recalls the idea of the tree of life, introduced by the founder after a trip to India. Proposed in countless variations, it is still a must-have for the decorations and patterns of shirts, maxi-dresses, midi skirts and colored trousers made by the house.

Founded at first as a textile company dedicated to the world of interior design, over the years Etro becomes a real brand of furnishing accessories. Subsequently, other lines are launched including one dedicated entirely to fragrances, and then those dedicated to high fashion with clothing proposals for men and women complemented by accessories, leather goods, eyewear and footwear.
