CMMN SWDN designers Saif Bakir and Emma Hedlund established their menswear label in Malmö, Sweden in 2012. After meeting as students at Central Saint Martins and the London College of Fashion, Bakir and Hedlund were tasked with spearheading Kanye West’s Paris design studio, earning the duo instant industry cred.
Their collections bring high quality fabrications to an aesthetic inspired by youthful subcultures—a fitting match for their atelier’s new location at the epicenter of London’s fashion hub. Timeless menswear pieces executed with a unique sensibility set CMMN SWDN’s offerings at a consistently high level.
