Levi’s and Studio Ghibli, a Japanese film studio, have announced a partnership with the aim of creating an exclusive capsule collection that combines craftsmanship and passion for culture on both sides. 

The capsule 'Princess Mononoke' in particular celebrates the Japanese fantasy film by Miyazaki made in 1997 and entitled Princess Mononoke: an element considered a real masterpiece for environmental issues and for its style, focused on the duality of man and nature. 

A collaboration where denim becomes the canvas that tells and illustrates in a totally creative way the environmental narrative of the film, between enchanting spirits and nature .

Among the protagonists of the capsule stand out the San & Wolf Trucker jacket, the Ashitaka 501 '93 jeans, the San & Moro 501 shorts, the Nightwalker Denim Kimono Jacket and the Kodama Denim Overall. Each item is inspired by the hand-painted settings of the film, representing forests and magical atmospheres.

The 'Princess Mononoke' capsule collection by Levi’s X Studio Ghibli will be available from 10 August online and in selected Levi’s stores.
